Letters from the Liminal

Soulful Guidance from the Edge of Belonging

I’ve often said I live with one foot in each of two worlds: physical and spiritual, past and present, trauma and healing. Letters from the Liminal is where I write from the space between no-longer and not-yet. It’s the active space not of being, but of becoming. It’s where I play with my latest Big Question: Who are we becoming… together?

These letters are part reflection and part invitation. They aren’t polished articles (that’s for Substack) or intimate updates (that’s my Nestletter). They’re soul-truth in motion: moments of honesty, curiosity, and guidance from the unseen woven into the everyday.

Welcome. You belong in the liminal too.
