Paper Books
Paper books cannot be returned or refunded. They may be replaced only under the specific circumstances described in the two paragraphs immediately below.
Signed and unsigned books can be replaced with an identical book (including signature/inscription if applicable) only if there is a printing error or if they were shipped expedited and were damaged in shipment. Examples of printing errors are “Pages 49 and 50 didn’t print and are blank,” and “My book has pages 100-136 in here twice but is missing pages 200-236.” The likelihood of such printing errors is minimal, as our book printer is one of the best in the business. However, such errors are still possible. If you should happen to have such a printing error, please take detailed photos that clearly show the error and what book it is, because we will forward that information on to our printer. Requests for replacements that do not include sufficient photo evidence of a printing error, are suspected of being fraudulent, or when multiple requests come from the same address will be entertained at Sheyna’s discretion. All requests must be made within seven (7) days of delivery to the shipping address. Requests must include the order number. Replacements do not apply to books not purchased from this site. Similarly, if your package was mailed expedited and was damaged during delivery, you may request a replacement for an identical book (including signature/inscription) with sufficient photo evidence of the book, the damage, and the packaging. We will forward this photo evidence to the mail carrier to file a claim. All requests must be made within seven (7) days of delivery to the shipping address and must include the order number. Replacements do not apply to books not purchased from this site. Please submit requests using our Contact form. Books shipped media mail are not insured and cannot be replaced. While we package books with great care and forethought about them being dropped, thrown about, bounced in transit, generally manhandled, or yeeted into a delivery truck, if you are concerned about damage, please choose expedited delivery.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given if you don’t like the book. If reading and returning a book is your jam, we suggest requesting the book from your local library.
Ebooks
There are no refunds or exchanges on ebooks. If you have any problems loading your ebook onto your preferred device, please refer to the email where you received the link to download your ebook. It also has support information from BookFunnel and they will help you get it loaded and working.
